It's all indoors, so this plan holds whatever the weather does.
We're on Alisal Road in the heart of Solvang, so it fits between lunch, the shops and a tasting room.
60 minutes on the clock. Allow about 15 minutes before for check-in and 15 after for the debrief and photos.

Yes. The Mischievous Nisse is our Christmas room: a Danish-Christmas story about a household gnome who is upset that tradition was broken. It's our Beginner room, so it suits families and first-timers. Our other two rooms, Gold Fever and Phantom of the Big Top, have their own stories.
It's a live game. Your group is closed in a themed room with a story, and you have 60 minutes to find clues, solve the puzzles and work out how to get out. It's about teamwork and curiosity, not strength or special skills, and a host watches the whole time to give you hints.
Pricing is per player, not per room. Monday–Thursday: $45 each for 1–2 players, $39 each for 3 or more. Friday–Sunday: $49 each for 1–2, $45 each for 3–4, $39 each for 5 or more. Children 5 and under are free.

Yes, plenty of our visitors are first-timers. Start with The Mischievous Nisse (Beginner) or Gold Fever (Intermediate). Phantom of the Big Top is our Advanced room, for groups that want a real challenge.
No. Your group will be the only group in the room while you are there. Your host communicates from another room by intercom and camera.
Not in the horror sense. There are no actors in any room and no jump scares, so nothing is going to leap out at you. The Mischievous Nisse is the gentlest pick for younger children.
Yes. There's no maximum age, and children aged 0–9 are welcome as long as a parent or guardian is in the room with them. Under-5s play free. For younger children, The Mischievous Nisse is the natural pick.
You can change the date and time of your game at any time. We don't offer refunds, but a cancellation becomes account credit that never expires and can be used on any future booking.
Your group has up to 60 minutes to escape. Allow about 30 minutes on top for check-in and the debrief, so plan for roughly an hour and a half. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time.
No. There is an emergency exit door in every room that stays unlocked the entire time. Note that once you leave through it, your game is over, but the rest of your team can carry on.

Yes, electronically when you arrive, or you can pre-sign online to save time.
It depends on the slot after you. If it's free, you still get your full hour. If it's booked, you can play a shortened game or reschedule.
Yes. We just ask that you don't use your phone inside the room. If you're on call or expecting something urgent, tell your host and they'll work around it.
Yes. Larger groups can run back-to-back rooms, which you can book together in the calendar above, and we offer corporate team-building packages. We also run a Mobile Game Room that travels to your venue for events from 12 to 500+ players.
